We truly value the diversity that makes Sacramento thrive and honor the power of each person's own inner wisdom to make long-lasting changes in the mind. We also offer nutritional counseling that is based on the universal wisdom of our ancestors before corporations took over our food.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was inspired to start this business in 2008 because of how hypnotherapy caused such positive changes within myself, and how great nutrition and holistic remedies helped my children. After 8 years I am inspired to run this business because of my love for helping people find wellness and joy again.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is watching people go from talking about their biggest sorrow, frustration or strongest obstacle, and then watching them grow in their awareness and capabilities to navigate their life with a mind that is supporting them, guiding them, and opening up to a new possibility.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
That I have been able to help them with a problem that they have been trying to solve for years, and even though they have spent tons of time and money on many other techniques before unsuccessfully, I was able to help them in a relatively short period of time in an enjoyable way that has lasted.
